This was an unusual opportunity as there were two existing houses on this site near downtown Mountain View. The neighborhood is transitioning from single family to multi-family developments. The City was very specific about the design features and we maximized the allowable building area. The project includes solar panels for electricity production with a very tight, well insulated building envelope.
