The existing house evolved over many decades from a small cabin. The owner lived there many years while planning a new house. The site is unincorporated County land so we had to plan around a large septic system which constrained and defined the final building envelope. The owner/builder completed much of the house then passed away suddenly. We are adding some finishing elements and making minor modifications with the new owners of this home.
